Having experienced the toll of sports injuries himself, he deeply understands the frustration of chronic pain and the transformative power of restoring balance to the body.

At The Vitality Shift Retreat, Dan’s mission is to empower you to take control of your body. Whether you’re dealing with persistent discomfort, muscular imbalances, or simply seeking to move more freely, he’ll guide you through evidence-based techniques to release tension, restore alignment, and rebuild strength.

Laura brings her passion for holistic health and yoga to The Vitality Shift Retreat, drawing on a 16-year career in the medical industry and her own personal journey of healing and transformation.

After experiencing a complete fracture of her C7 vertebra in 2009 and multiple workplace injuries as a Paramedic, Laura rebuilt her life through continuous personal development, education, and a deep dedication to her wellbeing.

Laura will guide you through safe, back-friendly yoga practices designed to promote spinal fluidity, flexibility, and a deeper connection to self.

Her nurturing approach to Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra will help release tension and stress, fostering deep relaxation, mental clarity and healing.

She will also lead breath work and meditation sessions to calm the mind, enhance bodily awareness, and support emotional balance. These transformative techniques will highlight the importance of daily self-care and empower you to develop a sustainable self-practice.

For over a decade, Lou has worked as a human potential coach, empowering leaders and entrepreneurs to thrive in all areas of life. Her global portfolio includes ambitious entrepreneurs and senior executives across industries in Australia, the UK, NZ, Mauritius, and Fiji.

Previously, she served as the in-house Transformational NLP, Wellness, and Resilience coach at The Golden Door (now Elysia Wellness Retreat).
